Clean room, comfy bed, and good check in and check out experiences. I have family in the area, so I am in Martinsburg a few times a year. This is my preferred place to stay when I go to Martinsburg. This time, I noticed that staff takes special care salting the parking lot when there is a chance of ice. Very considerate!

No the room was fine it was first key cards were messed up i had to go to the desk 10 times to fix the card then had din er Friday night with family and the waitress was slow took to long some family had to leave then the food was horrible the Buffalo sauce was frzen they put cheese curds on my smash buger lastly u have not raken the money out of my account yet

I had requested the same room we stayed in the week before; I guess it wasn’t available, as we were assigned 315 instead of 322. Big difference! 322 was bigger, more updated with newer details: shower, shower mat was new, clean, not moldy.
