The property itself is nice and it’s located right beside Walmart within walking distance, BUT our issue was there was no hot water in our room and the cold water had really low water pressure. For $200 a night that really is no good. I tried to call front desk multiple times about it and the phone didn’t work.

The hotel and staff were great as always. A winter storm was arriving and we had to leave a day early. The property was willing to refund our money for the unused night even though they did not have to. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area

Family trip

Halfway point for family holiday travel. We have stayed at this hotel before. Both experiences were great, the breakfast was very good. The receptionist were always helpful and the facilities were clean and convenient. We will stay there again. Also pet friendly.

All was fine however even though I went through a third party for reservation, I was unaware of a what I believe is an excessively high non-refundable pet fee. Love Hampton Inns but pet fee needs to be more reasonable.
