A year round, 4-Season House - 5 Min to Chautauqua Institute, Lakeside Park & Chautauqua Lake across the street.

- Great Location! Just across the street from Lake Chautauqua. (view of the lake from your vacation rental, house is second one in from the Lake on Valley St. coming from Rte. 394 )
- The Chautauqua Institution is just down the street, quick 4 mile drive away.
- Mayville’s Lakeside Park is right across the street which has a free public boat ramp / launch and a public park with a play ground, tennis courts, basketball court and picnic tables.
- Two separate clean, air conditioned bedrooms are located on 2nd floor. Queen bed in master bedroom and one queen bed and one twin bed in second bedroom. This house sleeps a total of 5 guests in beds.
- A clean, full bathroom located on first floor.
- House is updated, neat & clean, paint, carpet, furniture, appliances.

- Snowmobilers welcome! Just off of Trail C4, Chautauqua Lake Snowmobile Club
- Off street parking, long private driveway that can accommodate three cars plus additional spaces for snowmobiles, jet skis and/or a boat.
- Chautauqua Marina is a two minute walk from your house. Where you can rent a boat or Jet Ski or dock your own boat.
* Float your boat during your stay at your own slip at the Chautauqua Marina.
* Marina is just down the street, it's a short walk or drive from your vacation house.
* You can launch your boat either at the marina or right across the street at the Mayville Lakeside park boat launch.
* You can park your boat trailer / snowmobiles in the private extra long driveway at your vacation house for safe keeping.
