I always stay at this hotel when I come visit family. It is at a good price point and normally very clean. Staff is always very nice and attentive. Bed was very clean, bathroom was clean. The pillows were not as comfortable as in my previous stays and the carpet was very, very dirty. I’m sure a good shampooing and steaming would take care of it. The room smelled musty, moldy! I will stay here again, I do believe they will correct these things.

As we walk in the carpet in the hallway is dirty. And had an older. The the toilet leak water for three days The water in the sink where we wash up smell like sewer? On the last day when I took a shower, the shower threw out sometimes black I had had it all over my body,

I only had one issue with housekeeping, but other than that, it was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had several items to choose from. Quite. Very clean and welcoming. Yes, i would stay here agian.

I would rate this a negative star if I would. Manager can never be contacted. Asked for corporate number and no one could provide that. The curtains at the hotel have holes in them. When I got there I booked a king bedroom and the ac wasn’t working. they sent maintenance in and he assured me it would start working again. So I unpacked everything (I had a lot of things and places to go) the room got hotter. I called again and they brought me a small room fan. At this point I called again and they sent me to a different room not even the same room type. It was two queens. I had to pack everything again. Be careful when you come to this hotel. I wouldn' recommend it. And after all those red flags because I’m a very humble person I work retail and understand things happen I still stayed. I am traveling to that area and having to stay in hotels now and this was my hotel of choice because it’s close to all my stores. And it is also my home town where I grew up. I decided to stay the weekend and use my personal card to celebrate my birthday and when I booked the rooms I accidentally booked one extra night. The front desk person said that there’s nothing we can do and that he’s worked there for a long time and no one gets their refund. Which is so unfortunate. I went through Expedia to see if they can help and they were so nice and helpful they tried reaching out to the manager and ended up declining the refund. I didn’t even stay that night so it went to waste. I’m so disappointed….
