We attempted to check in at 4:00 pm but were told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for another hour. We returned that evening and went straight to bed. We realized the next morning the bed sheets were stained. Very disgusting!!! Nobody should have to sleep on dirty, stained sheets.

Only issue was our room wasn’t ready when I arrived, which was 2 hours after check in. A notification that it wasn’t gonna be ready on time would have been nice. Other than that, everything else was great!

I stay at this hotel for work every time I am in town. The staff are always nice and very accommodating. The only issue I have with the hotel is the shower water pressure and the water doesn’t stay hot for long.
