It is the little touches that went a long way, such as the complimentary night slippers and the Nespresso coffee! A small point deduction is the $25 mandatory valet parking fee per night. While I understand the operational need for this cost, the way the fee was presented by the staff felt off-putting and mandatory, which took away from the otherwise excellent service. A more tactful or premium approach to communicating this necessary charge would significantly improve the guest experience.

It would be nice to have an entrance from the Metro station side. The service was fantastic. Great team of valets, which helps a lot since the space in front is so tiny. Beautiful hotel!
