I stayed there for work and had to be up super early. The bar was packed and the way the rooms are layed out it sounded like the bar was in my room. I called down about the noise and they told me last call was in a hour and it should quiet down. a hour later the noise was even louder, im talking drunk screaming and obnxiousness. I called down again, and they offered to move my room. but now its past midnight, and im trying to sleep. It wasnt until 1;15 am it finally started to quiet down. then the loud guests moved to a different area and continued to be loud and obnoxious. The hotel staff and security did little to nothing to help with this. It was so awful i made videos of how loud it was just to show my coworkers. They were horrified. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Front desk was fantastic. Bar/ restaurant was good! Room stay was comfortable but we had to put in a complaint regarding mold on the shower curtain. Front desk was very receptive and considerate.

DO NOT STAY HERE

They had a very large conference and all ended at the Bar. My room was 262. I could hear everything. I asked to change rooms they said they didn’t have one available.Yet Hotels.com said otherwise. This was ridiculously loud.I was not the only one to complain. They party like a Frat house until 12:30pm. They never asked them to be quiet or settle down. I arrived at 8:30pm and had to be up by 6:00 am. I went to sleep finally around 2pm. They were still talking in the halls till 1:00am. This was horrible of this hotel. Unacceptable on every level, The noise machine and ear plugs did nothing.. The Manager on staff refused to come to my room and hear how bad the level of noise was going on. I suggest Alli he shouldn’t be a manager due to he can’t handle a complaint. UNACCEPTABLE Service.!! And this is all on a Wed. night not a weekend.

Came to town for the Gregory Porter concert at Wolff Trap and couldn’t have picked a better spot, which made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The place was spotless and peaceful. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. No doubt I’ll be booking here again next time.
