I've stayed here 3 times in the past 3 months for work. Each time has been great. My rooms have always been immaculate. I actually dislike travel, but the friendly staff here makes up for it. Michael at the front desk was my first impression on my first checkin...excellent...super helpful. Beverly, Sarita, Angel, and Kate also made great impressions ...very helpful.
I do have one piece of information that can help other travels like myself. If you're taking a device like a roku, you can't unhook the box off the back of the tv. the tv is too old to support that with their setup. You have to put it through that back using the hdmi ports.on the box. What's confusing is that when you are using the remote that would logically seem to be the TV, it's actually referring to the box. TLDR: Hook up your device to the box, not the tv. Then choose the appropriate port from the tv input menu.
I expect to need to be in McLean again soon for work, and I will definitely come back here.
