Room was very clean and modern looking, staff was very friendly. Good location close to the freeway, and there’s a coffee shop next door that’s pretty convenient. My only complaint was that the doors to the rooms, which are very big and heavy, don’t have anything to dampen/slow them down. Starting from about 5AM when people start to get up, there’s a barrage of loud THUDs and, depending on how close it is to your room, it’ll send a literal shockwave through the room. I’m not exaggerating. You can hear doors slamming shut from all up and down the hall and from other floors.

The room was perfect. Has a small kitchen with a full size fridge. We have our two dogs only cost 28.13. Comfortable beds nice size TV. Dog area. Large clean bathrooms nice pillows and towels. I like it, we were impressed. Good parking. Everything you need large rooms.

Uneventful stay on road trip

Served needs as a clean inexpensive stop on our 2k mile road trip. Family of 4. Checking took a while as the only front desk agent was dealing with a phone issue for a out 15 minutes while queue grew. After a long day of driving that was frustrating but otherwise checking was uneventful. Stayed at another location in AZ and that hotel and room was identical. Wish rooms had more lighting option, it was either all overhead lights in room or a single lamp. Hard to find the right balance at night. Not a big deal just something we noticed before. Seems by design. Beds plenty soft if you like that kind of bed. It for needs of a cheap place to stay for no.more than 10 hours overnight it was a good value..Motel 6 wanted almost same price and this was way better for a road trip hotel.

This property looks brand new but yet it’s 4 years old. The room was spotless and had a kitchenette that I did not use, but was available. I felt safe here and I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
