Good access to exit to take dog outside. The room I had had no information available (no room service menu, no info at all about the place, not even a pen and paper. The free breakfast was marginal at best. And I was blindsided by an additional charge for a pet, when it wasn't noted on line. Not my best experience. The location was very good though.

The staff year were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk personnel noticed that I walk with a cane and asked if I needed easy access to my room. They then switched my room to one that had easy elevator access. The property is a nice hotel that has been upgraded in some ways, but not in others. For example, the TVs are very small, although that does not affect me at all. The pool and hot tub area were neat and clean and well maintained. And the included continental breakfast buffet was very good.

The two guys at the front desk when I checked in were really kind and helpful and greatly appreciated after a long travel day. I came back through and stayed again on my way back home! The rooms were clean and comfortable.
