One of the morning employees was a little rude to us at breakfast, but we have no other complaints. The night employees and food were wonderful and the room was great as well. Super comfy beds, cleaned daily, and never had any issues. Love staying at Drury Inn.

The room was very clean and everything worked great. Only problem I had on this stay is that the hor tub wasn't clean. The water was dark and nasty and the button to make the jets work wouldn't work. Having an inside hot tub is the reason I chose this hotel though so that was disappointing.

We had originally booked a 2 queen bed suite with a sofabed. I was traveling with my husband, our 12 year old son who would be sleeping on the soofabed and my 85 year old mother in law. We arrived to check in only to be told that the suite we booked was no longer available and they only had a king suite but could give us a rollaway bed. Needless to say I was not happy because now my 85 year old mother in law would have to sleep on an uncomfortable rollaway. Drury did nothing to offer any compensation even though the price of that room was cheaper than what I originally booked. I also noticed upon checking in that they were telling people who had booked 2 queens that there rooms were not ready at 6 pm that night. I was very disappointed as the Drury Hotels are usually our go to, but maybe we need to start staying elsewhere.
