We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was genuinely kind and attentive. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and quality of food. A special highlight was the surprise 5:30 kickback, which was lovely and unexpected. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience- Beverly at the front desk started our visit on a positive note. We then participated in the “Kick back “ social event. The staff worked together beautifully. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Our stay concluded with complimentary breakfast. The staff, once again, was impressive.

Our stay at Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Downtown was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Every interaction felt personal and professional, which made a huge difference after a long day of travel. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet—perfect for relaxing and getting a great night’s sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary hot breakfast and evening Kickback. The variety and quality exceeded expectations, and it was such a bonus to enjoy a hot meal and drinks without needing to go back out. The dining area was clean, well-organized, and staffed by attentive employees who kept everything stocked and running smoothly. The location was also ideal—convenient to downtown Memphis attractions while still feeling safe and calm. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this hotel truly delivers comfort, value, and top-tier service. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend the Drury Inn to anyone visiting Memphis. This stay set the bar high—Drury Inn absolutely knows how to do hospitality right!

We have switched from the Hyatt brand to Drury and have been extremely satisfied. Our recent stay at Drury in Southaven Miss was extremely pleasing with one exception. Our room was located above the pool area and while not annoying there was some noise to be heard. The rooms above and adjacent to the pool area should have received better insulation.
