This is a very dated hotel. There was a sign saying the elevators weren’t working the carpet in the halls had all sorts of old stains. The room smelled disgusting. The carpet was gross. The plug in the bathroom wouldn’t hold anything.

Very rude man at the office desk when we arrived. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he didn't need to be rude. The elevator was broken and the restroom was dirty. We ended up leaving and went to Tru by Hilton down the road. It was like night and day! Go there instead!

I was told at check-in the elevator was not working. When I expressed concern about carrying my luggage up the stairs, the receptionist immediately, almost gleefully, offered to cancel my reservation. That was not an option, as I had a meeting in 1/2 hr. Receptionist was able to find a room on 1st floor. Room had obviously been recently smoked in - even had a burn mark on the bathroom sink. Told them I would take the upstairs room. Lugged everything upstairs and I the key card wouldn't work. Lugged everything back downstairs and let them know I would come back and check in at after my meeting. None of this was the receptionist's fault. Her quick offer to cancel was probably just a result that I was one of many disgruntled guests she was having to deal with. My issue is one, housekeeping should have flagged that room for extensive cleaning to remove the smoke odors and two, if the elevator is down, then have someone there to help the guests with their luggage.

A little run down when compared with other Hampton Inns. Breakfast paired down as well with fewer options. Just feels like an older hotel that needs updating. Paid more to stay at a Hampton Inn and definitely didn't feel worth it in this case. Definitely ok and no major issues, clean, and staff was great...but less value.

Not great stay

Staff was great, very friendly, accommodating because power was out. They were awesome and review has nothing to do with them.....room just felt gross. Carpet felt dirty, microwave didn't work. Just a feeling if not clean.

Polite staff but dated hotel.

Omg..... time for an update. The key card maker and elevators were out of service. The lady at the front desk had to walk you to your room to let you in. Supposedly a lightening strike hit their server but that was over a week ago!!! We couldn't cancel because we booked third party and checked in super late bc we were traveling. The rooms are dated. Old carpet everywhere. Dated lampshades in the rooms. One was broken and another was stained. Pictures online have to be old.

Wr paid over $200 to stay a night here, because we typically like the Hampton/Hilton experience. This should have been a $79 a night hotel. The floors were filthy. There were pills on the bathroom floor. There were stains on the sheets and the shower curtain. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. (They said they would bring it, but they never did, so we had to go to the desk, and then they eventually came.) The sofa bed was torn up, and when folded out, the framework was bent and the legs didn't all meet the floor, so it sat crooked and sloped to try to sleep on. Overall, it was a pretty disgusting place and certainly not worth the price.

Check in was fine and that employee was nice. At 5 am we found a bed bug. The front desk employees were concerned, switched rooms for us, and assisted in moving. We checked the new room thoroughly. We were told the manager would be there later that day. I expect the room to be comped, at the very least. Later we were told the manager won't be avaliable until next week. The breakfast was worse than typical and the day front desk employee didn't really seem to care about anything. Overall, we were very frustrated about our stay.
