I feel the place could have been cleaner, smelled better, pillows weren't all lumpy, be nice to have an elevator to get to your room rather than having to do all that walking.

Upon check-in, the man at the front desk said I must pay a $50 desposit in cash only. I never have heard of that before and I rarely have cash on me. Then when I finally get to the room there was no remote at all for the tv. I asked for a remote only to find out the remote doesn't work at all for the tv. He did not know what else to do to help me or make it right. Then later noticed ants around the bed frame and a few other random bugs on the carpet. Absolute disappointing experience, even for the price.

After 2 room changes, both unsatisfactory. First room had water in fridge that may have been due to freezer defrosting and water on floor. The 2nd room had missing shelf sitting on top of fridge and could not close or lock door unless you played with it. Once we got the door to lock we couldn't get back into our room. Had to get manager again. They offered us a third room and we decided to go to another hotel. Manager was trying to be accommodating, but didn't feel safe there. This place needs a lot of TLC.

The bed was terrible like a board with two pillows on king mattress, The air didn't work, Had to keep getting keys scanned to work, our door did not lock properly, Absolutely no Internet at all it was too weak to even try and connect, TV didn't work, Had to complain about our keys and finally switched to a new room late during the night on our second day and gave us keys again that didnt work so we made 5 trips to office to get our keys scanned, office man did not care at all like we bothered his night with a hot room and no tv..

Wouldn't stay again

Was not very clean. The floor looked like it wasn't swept. There looked to be blood on the wall. Also our last night there we found a roach climbing on the door. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold all over.

We chose this location cause it looked to be a nice place and location to where our tournament was. We checked in to a very sweet lady Janice. We got to our room and had to quickly drop off our stuff cause we had an event to be at. That evening after coming back our daughter noticed a big while in ceiling above shower. Having daughters this was a concern for them. I had to put a towel to cover it. House keeping never came to our room for clean towels or clean the room during a week stay. I had to go get clean towels, trash bags and toilet papar. Reached out to management several times no response until I called corporate. Then hotel manager says they wld refund 25. That wasn’t even a nite stay and we even checked out a day earlier cause it was just ridiculous.
Besides the lack of housekeeping and this large hole. Room was clean comfortable and air was comfortable.

Worst hotel stay ever! Took 20 minutes to check in without anyone ahead of us. Bed bugs in one of the beds, Moldy food left in fridge, broken shower, clogged sink, towels covered in hair, broken door, key card stopped working and had to get a new one. Only compliment I could give to this place is that check out was quick. Additionally, listing stated 18+ check in and was told it was 21 upon arrival. Overall AVOID this motel at all costs!
