8/10 Good

I've stayed in multiple rooms in multiple buildings over the past couple of months, and a few fair warnings: not every building has an elevator to the upper floors, not every building has an ice machine (meaning you have to walk to a nearby building that does), and the rooms themselves provide few amenities (they do not provide a minifridge or microwave, a safe, et cetera), only a small TV and a hair dryer. The plumbing in rooms is inconsistent, we have had leaky faucets, slow-draining tubs, shower heads that hardly work to disperse the water effectively, and the single shower curtain with no liner can mean a big wet mess on the bathroom floor. The walls of the rooms are quite thin, you can hear every footstep passing by on the balconies outside (on the second and third floors), or above you. Housekeeping has been relatively consistent, however they did steal one of our personal towels on one occasion, and made little to no effort to see it returned to us (our calls were never returned, and for all we know, it's still floating around in circulation today), so be wary of bringing your own white towels. The only thing I have never had an issue with is the in-room AC, every unit I've ever used works a charm. Also, no complaints about the folks at the front desk doing check-ins, always efficient and kind, customer service is great. For a cheap, just-passing-through room, it's a great hotel. But for long-term stays, you've been warned.
