The staff was exceptional and very helpful. As a single mom I was traveling with my children and I went to leave and left the lights on and without hesitation the maintenance man came right out, helped us get some help and stayed with us until the vehicle was started. The two ladies that hosted “Happy Hour” were wonderful. We don’t drink but we did go down for hors d’oeuvres. These two ladies were friendly, inviting and very helpful. Did I mention generous!?! One of the evening front desk staff was less than enthusiastic when she had to leave the back office and put her personal phone call down to answer a question for me. One of which she basically blew off and offered no resolution. She was extremely rude however I do want to point out that she was the only one. Everyone else was wonderful.
