There is a full bathroom upstairs along with lounge area that has a twin day bed. Outside there is a deck with a seating area and grill. The detached guest apartment has 2 king beds, a full kitchen, tv area, and a full bath. The guest apartment has an open floor plan and is spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a weekend with family. The location was perfect and convenient to Newport and the University of Rhode Island. The house was very clean and newly renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and the entire experience was a wonderful one! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great family getaway.

Booked this property for my bachelorette party. Planned our entire itinerary around Newport and surrounding areas, my friends worked day and night to make decorations for me. We show up and there was already another group in the house!! Host was NOT helpful AT ALL. Sent countless texts, messages, calls, DID NOT PICK UP. Had to scramble to find alternative accomodations. Thanks for nothing.

The house was just perfect for a Newport getaway. We celebrated my Mom's 80th birthday and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Great location. Super clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.
