So staff was great but there were only two things that were negative about my trip. First is that our water was out for one of the days and we had no follow up after making that complaint though thankfully the next morning it returned. Lastly there are no locks on the bathroom due to the sliding doors. This is bizzare and needs to be corrected. We have young children and people in the bathroom need privacy. Please correct this.

Terrible Smell

There is a smell of bad air or carpet freshener as soon as one enters this motel. it permeates all halls, rooms, etc. it gets in your throat while sleeping and does not dissipate. Its not a pleasant smell and what is it masking? I would never stay again nor recommend this lodging due to that overwhelming smell.
