It was the worse place I have ever been into .. the staff was not nice .. the grounds was nasty .. the rooms were filthy and there were people in the parking lot drinking beer … not a safe place for a woman who is traveling alone

This property is under some major renovations. The area itself isn’t all that great. If you’re looking for a cheap one night stay close to the highway, then this is probably for you. If you want something that’s close to all the shops and restaurants, you’ll need to go into the north part of town. Our room had some weird repairs done. The sink was dropped down and looked like it could fall out of the vanity at any point in time. The toilet/shower area was clean but it was very small. The bed was uneven and the foot area was higher than the head area, so we were sleeping at a downward slope towards our heads. We had a king bed room and they only gave us 3 pillows. The last La Quinta we stayed in the night before in OKC provided 4 pillows on a king bed. I don’t know which is supposed to be standard practice but some consistency would be nice.

The hotel was beyond run down, dirty, noisy, and scary. We reached out for help after we checked in because the place was in horrible condition but received no response, so we just left. The money we paid to stay here was not worth our safety, so we took the loss, and checked into a Hilton. There is NO way this should be a La Quinta.

No WiFi in the room

Upon check, we discovered the room had no WiFi. When we inquired at the front desk I was told the section of the motel had been experiencing problems with the WiFi for the last few days. This meant we had to pack everything and move to a room where the WiFi worked. The staff could have mentioned the lack of connectivity prior to assigning the room.

The property was under remodeling. The lobby was poorly protected from construction and terribly marked as to where to go to check in. The room was average. We had coffee but no cups. TV remote did not work properly. Bath tub was poorly cleaned. Overall it was a less than happy stay.
