Everything was well maintained. It’s an older hotel, but kept up well. I did mention to the staff that the wifi in the outer rooms sucks. I was in room 142 and barely had signal. I had to go into the lobby to settle some emails and work stuff.

First time in Odessa to visit friends. This place was full of families with kids for the first couple of days. There is a central indoor playground area that the kids seemed to really enjoy. Its time for a renovation though - visible wear and tear. Our room was along the perimeter facing the parking - so its a bit noisy and other guests can be inconsiderate - including gathering outside our room from 10-11pm talking loudly and laughing. We asked them to move elsewhere twice but finally had to call security to clear them out. Not a relaxing place to stay, but mostly due to the other guests.

Pretty good stay.

We had a great time the beds were comfy the room was cold and the only complaints we had were someone in a room next to ours was smoking and it was coming through the vents into our room and the jets on the hot tub weren’t working. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean n very nice Everyone at the front desk n house keeping were friendly n very helpful. There were two small cockroaches that decided to walk around the room during the night time but they are no longer living in room 112. A little bug spraying in the near future will do they job 👍

I Had Cabernet which was good. The staff was ok not what I would call friendly. We on a business trip and stayed in the exterior rooms the girl at the desk kind of looked down on me.

NOT A GOOD HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Blood stains on comforter, two plastic pieces on tub floor bc below those plastic sheets, the tub sunk way down, no hot water, old walk unit set at 55° and tv on when I first arrived to the room- I found out the air stayed at that setting or nothing, and the TV wouldn’t turn on so it stayed on all night. The front sliding glass window could be opened by an inch and probably further if I was stronger- it was held shut by a very thin rod, so I propped the recliner up against it all night. The door was rusted and I had to push hard with my weight to open it. The room smelled mildewed. The commercials are very misleading. The carpet was new and the front desk staff were nice- the only positives.
I propped the 2 chairs there bc the sliding glass window could be easily opened.
