The heat in our first room did not work. We requested assistance and were informed that there are no maintenance personnel available. She would contact her manager to receive approval to check it out herself. We left for dinner and stopped at the desk upon our return. She informed us it was fixed. It was not. The room was 62 degrees, although the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. I called back downstairs and informed her that the heat was still not working. She called her manager again, who finally approved our move to another room. The water pressure in the sink is low, but it's not an issue in the shower.

The toilets weren’t working and the staff refused to help. The manager did eventually try to fix it but it still didn’t work. We had to shut the water for toilet off in the end. Couldn’t switch rooms as it was a fully booked.

Not worth it.

Breakfast ran out super fast and they did not refill it enough. Not big enough for the amount of people staying there. Rooms are very small too. Also only 2 towels in the room for 4 people staying in a double queen. Ridiculous, not staying here ever again. Front desk was not friendly and seemed annoyed to have to do their job and was always on their phone.

When we had delays and then a 5hr drive from dallas they were able to let me check in over the phone so we wouldnt lose our room with it being a busy weekend in that area.
