Very close to my Daughters Wedding venue! The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff.. it had a nice breakfast for the morning after!

Customer service is lacking

Room was large and clean. Check in was a mess as computers were down, wouldnt take credit cards, and they dont accept cash. Customer service was not good or helpful. Then proceeded to overcharge for our room.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. We are very glad we chose it. We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was GREAT, the Hot breakfast was GREAT and the rooms were very clean and that was GREAT. We will be staying again on our next trip to Millington. Dirty rooms especially the chairs and couches in the rooms. Pool was not open & reeked of a foul odor. The hotel needed to be exterminated for bugs. We just could NOT get past how filthy the furnishings were!

The hotel as a property is fine. The rolling cart that the maid used was very loud and squeaky and it would wake you up in the morning as it rolled down the hall.
