My experience was really mixed. The room was fine; it was clean and the shower and bathroom worked okay. However, there was no cable and internet was pretty spotty throughout the building --- there was none in the room. I used the laundry facilities and I had to clean them because they were pretty gross. There was ample parking, and the breakfast opened at 4 am which was great for an early start for hiking. However, on another morning when we were not hiking early, most of the fresh food (bagels) was gone at 8 am. Seems like the hotel needs a major refresh. Also, the lobby was in a state of disarray -- maybe some remodeling going to happen??

There was no cable at this hotel. Website says there is but there isn’t. Shower was clean but to get the soap out of the dispenser you will be waiting a while a tiny little drop comes out. Staff were nice. Hot tub was down and they are doing work at the hotel.

Not a good stay

Hot tub not working, says cable tv, but no tv at all. Pool had a ring around the edge, so obviously not cleaned in awhile. Front desk curtain was down, nobody was there when I went down. Couldnt call as there was no phone in the rooms. Breakfast was either cereal or pancakes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. However, common spaces a bit dusty and needs some wiping. Breakfast is very very basic. No cable TV available. Spa not working. WIFI a bit slow.

The property is under construction. You walk in and find the pool is located in the lobby. The hot tub is closed and the entire place looks like a construction site. Carpet remnants layed down over old flooring, dirty, dusty with building supplies layed out everywhere and the "heated pool" is cold. There was a sign on the door explaining that the cable payment didnt go through and apologized for lack of cable tv. You drive through a parking lot to find the building located behind a family dollar and tractor supply. The room itself was although outdated and run down, acceptably clean.

Right in center of Millinocket. Accommodations were comfortable. Our key cards stopped working 3 times and staff told us this is a common thing for guests. The hotel is understaffed so it is not always easy to get help. The lobby and common areas have an off smell, maybe just the chlorine in the pool but it is noticeable. We loved the automatic pancake machine. Overall, the hotel served our needs and staff fulfilled all of our requests.

The room itself was good but there was no cable and no smart tvs for us to watch any tv. We had 2 kids ages 3 & 5. Also the hot tub was not in service and the bar was not open either. Made for a long night for kiddos

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower, hot water, cold A/C. Washer and dryer available and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the automatic pancake maker was fun with tasty results! Some remodeling going on so hot tub wasn't available and carpeting was partially new in spots. Weird smell in spots in the halls and definitely in the elevator. Overall great for the price!

Room was not ready for us at check in. Internet was spotty. Remodeling supplies were all over the lobby. Bar was closed. Interior design colors did not match. They did not want to give me a receipt.
