***NOTICE: Balcony and building construction June 9 - August (weather permitting): The balcony and building construction project is set to begin on June 9, 2025 with an anticipated completion date of August 1, 2025. There will be construction activity daily on the grounds and building. For the duration of the project, guests WILL NOT have access to balconies and windows may be covered. There will be work occurring on both sides of the building, with construction and noise throughout approved daylight hours 8am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday weekly. A discount has been applied to the rental rate during these dates.

Our convenient kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink along with dinnerware and silverware. Perfect for making coffee and quick snacks! There is a coin operated laundry room nearby, and wifi is complimentary.

In addition to all the beach side of the Resort has to offer, The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled

a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
