Small but convenient!

Front desk workers were very attentive and helpful. The room was much smaller than it looked on the pictures. There is not much counter space in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect and this made our stay much better. This room is great for overnight but after a four day stay it gets really cramped. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

I booked the hotel through hotels.com and chose the “pay at hotel” option. The hotel ran a transaction a week before we were due to check in thus my bank declined the transaction as I had not notified them I was heading to Destin. Long story short, the lady at the counter said the hotel had cancelled my reservation. There was room to rebook however she refused to honor the price I had locked with hotels.com. I ended up paying $200+ what I originally planned on. Then AFTER we check in we find out there’s NO pool at this hotel!!!!! If coming with family please beware!!! The room didn’t get clean daily and when we requested service they only replaced the towels; gave us 3 towels for the 4 ppl staying in the room and the beds were not made. Not a pleasant experience for such a beautiful destination as Destin.

A crazy service charge for the room plus a lot for the room it said total at hotel manager was never available/ there also very sharp edge on bed frame cutting my arm about 3 inches and to top it off a needle of so source was it the head board told peoples on duty of it and I’ll leave a message for the manager

The hotel was simple and clean. Fair price, however on the small side. It was a bit of a tight squeeze with our baggages. I had to move the desk chair to the corner of the room just to get to the other side.

Very nice and comfortable room with a great bed. We slept through the night, which doesn’t always happen a hotels. The biscuits and gravy for breakfast was great! The entrance to the lobby seems a little sketchy compared to most hotels we’ve been to. The ironing board was pretty messed up and damp when we entered the room. Outside of a few nitpicks, we greatly enjoyed our stay. Lastly, the causeway coffee shop next door was AMAZING!
