We had a wonderful stay in Captain Brent’s beautiful condo. The condo is very well appointed, decorated, and very clean. It is spacious and offers so many great perks. Washer and Dryer was very handy. Kitchen was well equipped. And my favorite part was all the hooks, so much stuff when traveling to and from the beach, the hooks made it easy to keep track of our belongings. The beach service was friendly and easy. The distance to the beach was an easy walk. And both pools are steps from the unit. Brent provided quick and clear communication regarding check in and check out and was proactive in letting us know about a brief but unexpected elevator outage. The location cannot be beat, we enjoyed being able to walk to several spots for meals. Our favorite was a new coffee, sandwich, Tiki Bar spot called Sandos. They serve delicious Onyx coffee and you must try The Weekender sandwich. Also easy drive to grocery stores and other Destin area attractions. We recommend the sunset cruise from Baytown Habor via Sun Ventures. We also followed Brent’s recommendation to check out Vin’tij for dinner nearby, highly recommended. Thanks to Brent for a great stay, we hope to return.

This is a beautiful rental at one of the best locations on the Gulf coast. The unit is excellent - very clean, the decor is lovely, all details are thoughtful, inviting and functional. The host’s communication and support are outstanding - from advance welcome and information about the rental to clear labels throughout the unit, information about amenities and beach safety. We had a wonderful stay - good rest, easy access to the beach (beach service was great!), a few home cooked meals (kitchen has every necessity - very grateful!) and also exploring nearby restaurants - so many good ones! We’ve stayed at several locations along the Gulf coast over the years, and I must say: Maravilla community is my favorite! It seems to attract really great people - respectful of the property and each other, friendly and calm (no loud music or excessive noises) - everyone is just happily relaxing and enjoying a wonderful time at Maravilla! Highly recommend.

Great place to spend the week !!

We were blessed to have spectacular weather ...the condo is just as it looks...very pretty ,clean and comfortable...has everything you will need for a week at the beach...we really love the beach setup ...nice to not have to lug so much to the beach...we were some of the first to be able to use the new beach ramp replacing the stairs they used to have down to the sand...was so much nicer than using the stairs...and Im sure much easier for parents with babies in strollers...would definitely like to visit again some time...we have stayed at Maravilla several times...perfect location on Miramar Beach!! Love the new elevators too...just wondering if they are doing away with the carts to help you get things from the car to the condo?

Cozy Beach Retreat

If you're looking for a peaceful, comfy spot by the ocean, this condo is a gem. The place was super clean with a cozy beach vibe. The beach is just a short walk away. Great communication. Easy check in. Handy to elevator. Walk to the beach. Only downside was the bed was so uncomfortable. We both slept on the right side. We considered using the bunk beds. They seemed comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The kitchen was well appointed, lots of towels, comfortable bed, lovely porch and TV’s were easy to work. Brett was available and responsive to our questions and needs. We had a slight issue with a sheet and a new set was waiting for us when we returned from the beach. Location was good for us. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning next yesr.
