Maravilla 2109 is a completely renovated unit on the ground floor in Building Two, facing the Gulf of Mexico. While there is a small view of the water from this unit, the biggest perk is the amazing easy access to the beach and pool from your unit. Guests have commented on how much they appreciate being able to conveniently walk out to the grills, pool, car, beach and more.

A note about supplies:


Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was ground floor which made for easy access to the pool and beach. This was our first trip with our dogs and they loved their beach vacation! The dog park is a nice walk and the dogs took to it very quickly. We came across one issue in the bathroom and it was quickly responded to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

The condo was decorated beautifully and well updated. I LOVED having the double oven, as I fixed a full Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was cooking in one oven and the casserole and bread in the other! The ground floor unit was PERFECT for me and my furbaby! This was his first vacation and he LOVED watching the waves. There were only 3 issues encountered...the master bedroom door would not latch closed, the area rug in the livingroom had not been vacuumed and was covered in dog hair upon arrival, of which I vacuumed up after cleaning out the full canister on the vacuum provided. And the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced due to wear. I would DEFINITELY stay in this one again!!!
