Some front desk staffs service are very poor : - we requested some hot water at around 7pm, but they refused our request and was very impolite - when we checked out the hotel we requested a print out receipt, they also refused our request and asked us to get it from Expedia since we book thru Expedia, I tell them Expedia is a third party help me to book the hotel, they don’t charge me any money, we actually pay the hotel directly. The hotel has responsibility to issue the receipt for us. Absolutely NOT a hospitality hotel.

I recently enjoyed a mini solo getaway at the Ayres Hotel & Spa and it was just what I needed. The spa was absolutely amazing—Mary did a wonderful job and made the experience so relaxing. I spent mornings with coffee by the courtyard fire pit and evenings stargazing, which felt so peaceful. The location is convenient, close to shopping and dining. The staff throughout the hotel was attentive, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was good and filling, though dinner options were limited, and the service at dinner didn’t feel quite as friendly as the rest of my stay. I also would have appreciated more non-alcoholic drink options like mocktails or NA choices for those who don’t drink. Overall, it was a lovely and rejuvenating stay—I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway, especially if you plan to enjoy the spa and serene courtyard.
