Moab is obviously a college town. At check in they tried to give me a $15 cash voucher for the coffee shop or gift store. I just assumed that I paid $15 too much for the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were several notes in the room asking me to tip the cleaning staff. That implies they do not pay them a living wage.

Beautiful property with great play area and good breakfast buffet Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location to Arches entrance and not far from "downtown" Moab eateries. Decent pool and hot-tub. Several picnic tables around the hotel. Low voltage free EV Charger and very close to Level 3 Electrify America Charging station and TESLA Superchargers.

I loved the price. We were here for a quick overnight before heading out to canyonlands so it was nice not to have to spend a lot of money. I loved the beds - comfort was on par with more expensive hotels. Also impressed with the grounds: kids play area, desert plant walk around, outdoor pavilion with grill and spectacular view.

Great for a quick visit

The front desk staff were very helpful and though this was a short stay, I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do -visit Arches National Park.
