Booked through Expedia because it showed the hotel had a pool, hot tub and continental breakfast. Got to the hotel and you can tell before even walking in that it’s run down. Check-in was easy. Went to my room. The room was clean. Bed and sheets were clean. Opened the door to the bathroom and the smell was so bad I almost vomited. The pool and hot tub are out of service and look like it’s been that way for years. The breakfast was a small cabinet with bagels bread and doughnuts. Cereal and milk. I didn’t even want to eat any of it. Went out to eat. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Stayed one night on a business trip. It I guess that’s what you get for booking the cheapest hotel in Moab.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the breakfast was good. Which is fine for a one night stay. The property exterior is not maintained and the pool is dirt. The entrances were NOT secured with key card access. The location is NOT walkable to restaurants and shops.

A terrible place. Again, I was mislead by the reviews. It was awful. Dirty, falling apart, dangerous broken light switch, tired, awful outside area, and rude man on reception.

Just good enough

The best thing about this property is the female housekeeper (I didnt get her name). Friendly, helpful, and does a great job cleaning the room. Every surface she can clean, is very clean. Other things, such as the carpet and upholstery, is old and stained. The service from the other employees is adequate, but not good, as is pretty much every aspect of this hotel. I stayed in Moab 4 days and didn't bother switching hotels, but I also wouldn't stay here again. It was just good enough. My biggest complaint was the room was always damp.

The staff was very friendly for check in. The rooms are decent, it’s not the most updated motel, but the a/c was on when I walked in so the room was cool! The pool and hot tub look like they were abandoned years ago. Kind of a bummer, but $60 for a bed, air conditioning, tv, and shower in this economy? I’ll take it.
