Lovely, courteous, professional @ check in. Clean, warm room. Very nice ~ perfect for this trip. Hilltop location above the main drag gives peace of mind, as parking lot (& passenger loading & unloading) is out of view of general public.

This hotel is a family-friendly, or long(er)-term stay friendly hotel. We were surprised to find the full kitchen in our room - with the stove (!), microwave, and family-size fridge. Pool and hot-tub. Room was clean, odour-free, the bathroom clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only minus is outdated electronics (TV / WiFi). However, it was complemented by connection and troubleshooting instructions fit for the entry-level network specialist. I could not resist my smirk when I read it. Definitely would stay there again.

If you want dogs barking , thin walls and rude service this is your place!!! If you want quiet , quality and great service go to the Hyatt place down the street like I did. This place would not refund my 2nd night even after I made a complaint an hour after being here.
