The villa has a private garden and swimming pool with sun all day long. Offering different areas to relax, including fantastic Balinese bed or the chill-out areas. You will be sure to find your favourite spot to spend time resting, reading, or simply sunbathing in the Canaries abundant sunshine!

Offering top quality decoration in a contemporary style. Double glazing all round, and numerous balconies throughout, along with air conditioning in every room.

The villa has a fully equipped and spacious relaxing lounge. An open plan kitchen from where you can still enjoy the views while preparing a meal! The dining and living room have glass patio doors leading directly to the furnished terrace, which has a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people. Nice for al fresco dining or the villa BBQ at your disposal. Also a nice place to take your breakfast and plan the day as the sun rises!

There are 3 large bedrooms, which sleep 7 people comfortably, each one with each own bathroom. On the first floor:
- The first Master bedroom with a double bed, has an en suite bathroom along with two balconies, of which one has a dining table and two chairs to enjoy the views.
- The second Master bedroom with a double bed, has a bathroom close to it and a direct access to a terrace that has two airmchairs to enjoy stunnig views.

And the Top floor bedroom that spans the entire top floor of the villa! with 3 single beds, It has an en suite bathroom. In addition, it has an amazing roof terrace accessed directly from the top floor bedroom via patio doors. A totally private area with two round armchairs to enjoy fantastic views and overlooked by no-one.

The views of the sunset over Amadores beach and into the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular!
