Dear guest, Thank you for choosing Marina Bayview for your stay and for writing such a detailed feedback to us. On the one hand, I am sorry to read that our apartments have not met your high expectations. As for the advice regarding the renovation, we would like to know more about it, and it would be useful if you could specify what have looked old to your eyes. We strongly believe there is always room for improvement, this is why some more details would be perfect. Also, we would have appreciated you had told us about your need of having a television inside your bedroom, so that we could have given you another kind of apartment. We always try to satisfy our guests' requests when it is possible. Regarding the lack of darkness inside the apartment, I cannot understand the problem actually, since every window has got a curtain you can use to avoid the light to enter from outside. On the other hand, it is a real pleasure to know that you have appreciated the very quiet location of our hotel, from which you can easily reach Puerto Rico's beach. We are also glad you have enjoyed the amazing view upon the harbour, along with the friendly and attentive approach of our personnel, our beautiful reception, the comfort of the beds in your apartment and the delicious and varied buffet breakfast we prepare daily for our guests and that you could taste at La Ballena Pool Bar.
