The staff, especially those at the front desk are always spectacular and the breakfast buffet is just awesome and they do a great job of maintaining it. For the price, this is one of my most favorite places to stay in the quad cities.

They advertised a shuttle to the airport and there was NO SHUTTLE. There were visible stains on the furniture. They repaired some of the wall near a towel rack but it was not painted. The doors that connected the rooms had about a 1 inch gap on the bottom so it sounded like my neighbor was in my room. Never again.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Very quiet and great amenities. It was located close to restaurants, gas station the mall and other shopping centers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Grateful for the airport shuttle, as my flight arrived quite late after storms. It looks like the rooms used to open to the outside, but the walkways have now been enclosed, like a the building has been wrapped in another building. Room was dark.

The nightly rate is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The first night, the toilet ran all night, we changed rooms. The second night the refrigerator defrosted and there was a large puddle on the floor. The paint is peeling in the bathroom; there is mold in the shower. The showerhead was crusty and was barely good enough to take a shower. There are holes in the walls. The breakfast is not good. The front desk attendant was overwhelmed, he was always there, I don't know how long his shift was.

I checked in for a reservation late and the room wasnt cleaned due to a busy day, i was told.the night clerk found a dofferent room where it looked like some cleaning had been done, but the sink area was really dirty and soap opened and still there. But i did have a quiet nights sleep. That was my only complaint. Day and night staff were great.
