Nice clean hotel

Nice place and good location by the riverwalk. Quiet area since it was a weekday and no events were happening at the convention center. Perfect spot for our travel through stay.

Not clean, front desk was great, lack of breakfast

At first sight the place is beautiful. We checked in to our room kids wanted to swim. The elevator has expired checks posted (2024). Pool wasnt great the water was very poor. Towels limited and ants flowing out of the drains. Our room seemed great until we got locked in the sun room due to the door being broke, which lead us to see the pee or some type of stains in curtain. The baseboard was sitting on floor with nails sticking out, and mold in fridge. We were offered to switch rooms. We did and then in there the fan makes a LOUD clink when in, there was chewed chicken strips on the floor, the hot tub had tons of residue left in it and blown up balloon left in the room and it smelt of hot sweat. We then had to go back to our original room due to no other rooms available and had to throw away a lot of food we needed in a fridge. Going to breakfast with an hour left and not much food offered as they ran out. The front desk woman was absolutely amazing tho. The only 10/10 we had was out experience with her! What an amazing employee!!! She would be the reason we would ever come back!

Right by bike/ walking trails along Mississippi. Visitor center at end of same block, free, nice bike rentals for adults. Beautiful River walk, goes for miles. Walking distance to Channel Cat boat pick up. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Great location, easy in and out, plenty of parking.
