The hotel lobby was neat and clean. Our room was clean and everything had a nice set up. Our bed was compfy and we slept good. We have stayed here before when we have come to Dundee. We will look forward to staying here again.

Supposed to be a fun celebratory alumni weekend, that turned into a disaster. Never had to be relocated into another room in my life due to poor cleanliness of the room, as well as, broken pieces of dresser, the mildewy and moldy smell, along with second room smelling like cat pee. Found bug on bathroom floor in second room unsure if it was just a beetle or cockroach but this trip, needless to say, was very unsettling, uncomfortable, and the worst stay i've ever had. 100% do not recommend as there is some big adjustmants that the company needs to do for upgrades, staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully the one staff member had came up and taken pictures. However still highly do not recommend!

There were bed bugs. No other room available. Had to find an available hotel at 130am. The hotel was easy to work with and a full refund was issued immediately.

Room was clean,and comfortable, but there was No Hot Water--I took a shower in lukewarm water, even though it was turned up all the way. My room keys did not work--I had to keep going back to the counter to get them reset. I was told--keep them away from your phone (they were in my wallet)--the staff acted like I was bothering them. Breakfast was good, coffee was like drinking weak tea. Location is convenient to the highway, lots of restaurants nearby. Too bad I couldn't give it a better review.

Older hotel. The hotel met my needs for a couple day stay. Breakfast was great but Staff smoking by the front door was a turn off. Additional I felt like the cleaning staff that turned my room was in a hurry. There was no toilet paper and the shampoo was almost empty.
