Pretty but not worth it
The environment of the hotel is nice. There is a cute sitting area up front with fire pits and the pool and hot tub area is nice as well. The beds were comfortable and rooms had appropriate space and storage areas. You were given a robe and slippers, but it was frustrating because we had marked we’d have 3 guests in a room and only given 4 towels and 2 robes/slippers. There was no fan in the bathroom. The room service included making the beds and stocking the towels, but our amenities like qtips and make up wipes weren’t restocked and floors were never swept despite being in a beach town. Our ice bucket bag was taken the first night and never replaced and despite using some drinking glasses those were never cleaned or replaced. The wall of our room was against the wall of the laundry room meaning it was very loud and everything shook. Additionally all the employees took their cigarette and weed breaks right outside our room so it smelled. The price we were told for the week from Hotels.com was $500 less than they tried to charge me. Most of the employees had poor customer service and didn’t seem helpful. The restaurant staff however were amazing and we were grateful for our waitress when we ate-and the food was great!
