Very quiet and easy access to everything. The only drawback we noted was there is no air conditioning. Easily overlooked with all the other great things they have to offer.

A good base for exploring Monterey. Easy 10/15 minute stroll to main drag and wharf’s for restaurants and fishing/whale watching tours. Nice staff and decent enough breakfast with self service hot drinks available all day till 7pm.

This hotel is walking distance to a lot of things! Loved that parking was free, staff was very nice, and the room was clean but had a smell to it. Maybe it’s old and that’s what I was smelling but all in all everything was good.

Great location, off street parking, walkable to downtown, the continental breakfast had lots of choices with quality food and the the staff was friendly and efficient. No AC in the rooms so if it's hot out you will be hot. The refrigerator in our room made odd clicking noises that made it hard to sleep. When I turned on the shower rust colored water came out first.
