I've stayed at many hotels, but the staff here is legitimately the nicest I've ever encountered. Felt very genuine and not forced. Maybe everyone was in the Christmas spirit or management takes care of staff this time of year. Regardless the reason, it made my family's stay great. Will be staying here again. Thanks.

We arrived early and were told our room wasn’t ready, which was fine. But then we were told we would be sent a text and that never happened. Once normal checkin time had passed, I had to wait in line again to get a room key because they’d forgotten us. Then, they said they’d deliver our bags to our room. Never happened. We had to go back down and they scrounged around in the back and found our bags and delivered them after an hour. I get it. It’s the holidays, but the hotel actually wasn’t that busy. And for a property aspiring to be a top destination, this isn’t the way to get there.

The room was clean and the location is fantastic. Parking isn’t ideal, but that makes sense due to the location right in the hub of Cannery Row. We weren’t “wow”ed by anything at the hotel, but it was solid and we have no complaints!
