Very helpful staff! Great location! It has an eclectic layout with great outside common areas. Coffee shop was small but had good coffee and a nice assortment of foods. (I did not eat at any other of the hotel’s other restaurants.) The room was very comfortable and my wife really enjoyed the pillows!

Ideal location along Cannery Row. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We dined twice at Schooners—once for lunch and once for dinner. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The outdoor setting was very comfortable. I recommend upgrading to a water view room. There is no sense staying in such a beautiful spot and having a view of a parking lot or Cannery Row. We paid to upgrade to a bay view room and had zero regrets for doing so.

The service was great especially the bell hop and the fellows taking care of the cars Everyone was pleasant I did not get the rooms I ordered They were suppose to be adjoining rooms and so they put us across the street so we could be on the same floor and it was noise with traffic and the early morning set up at the front of the hotel and the balcony I paid for was so small that you really could not use it We felt we didn’t get the ambience that we would have felt if we stayed in the main hotel The food was very good at the hotel I was still charged for the room with the larger balcony
