Solo stay

Front desk was efficient and helpful. It's fine the room is old, but could have been cleaner. Mattress was lumpy and not comfortable. Bathroom lights were dim. overall ok experience. I booked for prior name recognition and solo travel safety, but I think any other motel on the strip may have been just as standard and cost a little less. Also, no elevator to 3rd floor. up only 2 short flights, but I have slight mobility issue so was unexpected. Location is good, right by freeway and shopping center.

There was a sign in the lobby that said be back shortly. It should have said, be back later today. Ended up waiting in the lobby, with others, for 30 minutes. One couple got angry and left. Besides that, it was just okay. Very dated.

Actually there is no breakfast, the breakfast room is just a small cabinet, no tables, no chairs, no eggs, no milk, no bread, no pancakes, no cereal. Only a few Cookie and coffee and some dried orange. If you care about breakfast, this is not your choice.

Great location, simple in and out

Location was perfect. Staff was great. They helped with my child who is currently in waiting on a hip replacement. Little chilly in the room an extra blanket would’ve been good.

Our hotel room had no hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues. All left empty bottles/boxes upon arrival. Things were semi clean, toilet needed cleaning and the curtains were stained. Staff was nice.. price was good so didn’t expect anything fancy just wish they could have stocked things before they checked us in

I would never stay in this hotel again. I had to ask for a room change on the first day. Room had a bad smell, sheets were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned. Phones were not working. I called front desk from my cell to come and take a look. I was moved to another room that the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Tub was clogged. I had to call them to come and fix it. It was so Unhygienic to stay. I had no choice at the time since my husband was in ICU that hotel was closes to the hospital.

I was *not* happy with this hotel. Do not stay here. There was dust on the coffee maker, & the cushions on the sofa bed had the foam stuffing coming out of them. The cover was off the air cond, & it was covered in greasy dirt that someone had swiped through in an attempt to clean it. The flooring was coming away from the baseboard near the door. There was no bedding for the sofa bed even though the reservation was for 3 persons. There was only one person on duty - the front desk clerk. There wasn't any housekeeping staff on duty, so the front desk person had to go retrieve bedding for us. At least the bathroom was acceptable.There was another guest @ front desk waiting for his refund because his first room had feces in the toilet, & the second had dirty water & used bar of soap in bathtub. Ugh.

Mold in the room and a disgusting deposit in the ice bucket. We did not stay and were surprised how easy it was to get it resolved through expedia.
