This motel is compact, from the parking spaces to the room size, but it is clean and tidy and has everything you want in a room except for a desk, but it has a table that will work in it's absence. It even has a modern sink mirror that has extra brightness built into it for those close up face details. There are only 2 drawers for folded clothing in the TV bureau, so not the best if you are a couple staying more than a week. But otherwise cutely inexpensive! The Sand City Big Box mall is a couple of blocks away, with some eateries and shopping options like Target, Ross, Starbucks, Costco, and CostPlus World Market is next door, and Panda Express is a 1 minute walk away. There are other eateries 5 minutes drive like Ichi Riki (Japanese), Jose's (Mexican), Gusto's (Italian), I would recommend all of these as I have been to them and they are good.

My wife and I visit this place regularly because of safety and the care we get from the staff. We tried another place a few years ago and it was awful; we had to leave at 2 AM..! Seaside Inn will continue to be our preferred stay place.

Stayed two days. It's a safe area. They did a good job cleaning. Staff was very nice. Pricing was reasonable although much cheaper Monday thru Thursday. The rate on Friday went from $82 (M-Th) to $132. Interior was just too outdated for my taste. I probably would spend a more next time for a more modern hotel. But if you're on a budget, this is okay.

You get exactly what you pay for. The place was cleanly for the most part. The area around it is also nice and convenient as there's a Target, Costco, World Market, Wingstop, Panda Express, McDonald's, etc. It also came with a microwave, TV with cable, and an ice machine outside. The place was pretty nice and clean.

Typical motel,chipped paint and furniture, carpet looked unclean. Bathroom was pretty good, updated fairly recently. Really bad parking situation.We went out in the evening and had to park on the street out of view.

my main complaint was that there was little or NO toilet paper on the roll when I got into the toilet and there was NO EXTRA ROLL OF TOILET PAPER.....WHO DOES THAT???? Pitiful maid service of the room.
