You don't get what you didn't pay for. Photos show balcony overlooking pool, reality is ground floor looking at cars parked directly in front of the sliding door. Speaking of the sliding door, it took quite the effort to open and close it as it didn't operate smoothly and would sometimes come off the track. The sliding screen door was bent and wouldn't completely close leaving an opening plus there was a large tear in the screen. The only benefit to having a ground floor unit was being able to unload and load everything into the room right through the back, other than that there is no reason anyone would want to sit in the dirty chair placed outside the sliding door. The bathroom is in much need of a makeover, lots of chipped off pices of wood on the base of countertop and lots of other marks on walls and doors. It was not filthy but could have been cleaner. Also planes fly directly over the hotel and are really loud, at least they stop flying during the night but you will know it's morning when they start flying over again. We don't like soft lumpy beds that sag in the middle so the bed was uncomfortable and the headboard wasn't clean either. The only reason we give it three stars is because we figure that's what we get for the price we paid. Also the room smells like a mix of cleaning chemicals and a surprise oder that doesn't go away no matter how long you leave the broken sliding door open.

The hotel is located next to a freeway offramp. So making a left turn out of the property might be dangerous during certain hours. I don’t know whose fault it was, but I booked a room with a balcony and a view. I only got one of the two: a view, but not the balcony. Room decor is your standard fare in motel nowadays. The lobby and the reception area, however, looked a little dated. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. There appears to be ample of parking around for all the guests.

Clean and friendly reception. The tv channels said they wouldn’t load and we were going to bed soon so we didn’t bother asking for help. And the planes flying over head are incredibly loud. It sounds like fighter jets about to crash into the building. All day and night. I am not exaggerating. I didn’t fault the hotel for that in my review as I’m sure every hotel in the area is getting this sound too.

Property is very barebones. Given it is a Travel Lodge its is expected. The cellular connection is poor around the property, and the wifi proved by the property doesnt cover the entire room only the half closest to the lobby. Parking is widely available however can be far from your room if you dont get to the property early.
