You get what you pay for i guess. First and foremost the customer service was better than expected. Check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast wasnt the worst but if you got a few bucks, go to mcdonalds. The rims of the toilet was brown, the baseboards in the bathroom were kinda nasty, i was terrified to step on the floor barefoot and it smelled like someone had just took a dump in there. idk about bugs cause i bought my own mattress protector i didnt get bit up nor did i see roaches or anything like that but the mattress was kinda stained, chair was stained and back to the bathroom, the base of the shower was nasty and the flooring had to be cheap because it was peeling away from the tub itself. 5/10 not the worst but if yall hired decent house keepers it wouldnt be so bad. elevator is kinda creepy like its makeshift or old lol but ALL IN ALL it was not that bad it. just needs a little shaping! the lady at the front desk was very nice!

Cockroaches and when we moved the coffee tray to make coffee there was bugs,hair and dirt under and behind it. At breakfast my husband put creamer in his coffee and every one he tried curdled in his coffee.

The bathtub was dirty. Had hair all over it. The floor in front of the sink was sticky and just walking from the tub to the sink with no socks or shoes on made the bottoms of my feet disgusting. The sink drain was stuck and wouldn’t drain water so I had to fix that as well. At one point the entire hallway stank of weed. The employees were very nice though and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was just a little gross but overall I don’t regret my time there and they always made sure we had fresh towels.

It was already late and I needed some rest.We checked into Best Western at 5225 Carmichael Rd,Montgomery,AL.We went to room 321 where we had to constantly fight roaches for over an hour.The next room the desk clerk gave us was room335.When I got there ,the door was opened,the comforter was balled up on the bed,the fridge was open and the lights were on.Then he gave us room 101 which was half clean .This was the worst experience I have ever had,I wished I could get my money back.I will never stay here again
