The room was very nice and free breakfast was tasty. We were given the key to a room we discovered was already occupied. We had to return to the front desk to get a different room. There was very little apology.

The hotel was clean & staff were very courteous. Our room was 53 degrees upon arrival Jan 31st ac was running full blast, took all evening to warm it up. The walls are paper thin & we heard inconsiderate people at 4 am talking loudly, slamming doors and getting ice from the ice machine. Not a quiet place to stay.

Room was cleaned and a nice size, had a little of a dog smell but we also had a dog so understand. Breakfast is not the best, but the room was great and I would stay there again. The person at the desk when we checked in was just ok but the next morning that person was fantastic. I had the DQ next door and it was very good.

The disinfectant smell in the room was toxic. Eyes burned, throat burned as soon as we got in. Asked to change to another room. It was less toxic and we were able to stay because it was late and we travelled all day. I would suggest they use another cleaning product. As we were leaving the next day, the cleaning crew were getting ready and when we walked by the mop bucket it was overwhelming. I can't imagine others have not said something about this. Unfortunately this made our stay less than pleasant. If not for the smell, I might have been able to assess the accommodations better.
