Walked in and roach is on the wall.Furniture is is not clean had to lay towels on it to sit on it.Had a general feeling of uncleaness. Could not sleep kids stomping and running til late up stairs. Blinds on patio door slats broke hanging loose.

This property is always clean and it’s convenient to many attractions. It was unusually noisy this stay but I realize that depends on who’s staying beside and above you. Was not noisy late at night.

The suite was very spacious and clean. My frustration was that there wasn’t a phone number attached with me rental. We got confused when we got there because the name on the property doesn’t match with the name on the rental and we couldn’t call to confirm if that was the right place.

Great Relaxing Vacation!

The resort was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach was right across the street. The location was quiet but an easy drive to the mainland. I would definitely stay here again.

It was dirty and noisy. And I went to pay the fee for my pets dogs and told the lady that the shower was not clean if she could send somebody to clean and they didn’t they just brought us more towels and left them by the door. And the balcony it looks like they haven’t cleaned for years too. There was hand prints in the glass door to go out to the balcony. The kitchen I had it to wipe down the counter and the stove. And there were spiders too. Definitely not staying here again. The place looks decent but they need to clean and fumigate everything for the spiders and mosquitoes it was bad.

Our 2 bedroom unit could have and should have been cleaned better. Little things like the return vent was full of dirt. I had to sweep and clean. The front door had a good size gap to which bugs or rodents could get inside the unit. Upon our exit, we made sure the room was cleaned with the exception of dirty linen and towels. However, if we return I would have to reconsider them, it could have been worse.
