When we first checked in, the girl at the front guest didn't look you in the eyes and never smiled. She was efficient and explained answers to our questions very well. It's just nicer to have an open and friendly person great you at the front desk after a long day. When we checked out there was an older woman who was very friendly and gracious.

Toilet handle did not work properly and it was not fixed while we were there for two days. I reported it the first day. Also the toaster was broken and only toasted on one half. I spoke to staff and they said manager knew about it and did nothing.

The room and bathroom is spacious and is very clean, i also enjoy the water view especially when I wake up. It's a beautiful atmosphere and i definitely recommend this hotel and as soon as you come in the staff greets you at the front desk and I'm definitely satisfy with my stay and it's worth the money.
