Booked here for my family and we have puppy and a one year old. Worst place we have ever stayed. We had to stay in a pet friendly as they call it room. Note you don’t get told til you arrive that the restaurant is closed for remodeling. The pet fee was 82 dollar after tax and due to maids to deep clean but why and I paying that when the rooms was covered in dog hair all over the place the corners of the rooms, the floors was gross couldn’t even let my one year old on the floor the entire stay due to the floor being gross. The sheets was gross with dog hair all over them. The balcony was terrifying so big my child and puppy could walk right through them I don’t even know how that’s not a safety issue. The room had an older small flat screen, and the room had 1 lamp light so at night feels like a dungeon. The fridge wasn’t even a fridge it was warm so I couldn’t keep my son’s milk cold and I could not be more disappointed with this stay to say the least. I have stayed here many times this will definitely be my last. Very disappointed to spend so much money out to have a good stay with my family and leave with nothing but disappointment and regret.

Great staff, is what made this stay nice.

The staff was excellent from the moment I got there. They were all willing to help or be of service. The room however was not so flattering. The toilet ran all the time. I did let maintenance know and he was willing to fix it right then but I asked he not go in until we got back. By the time we got back, he was off. Not his fault. The cabinet in front of bed was falling apart and not so clean. Beside the air conditioner, was not very clean and you could tell had not been swept or vacuumed. The bathroom was so small that I had to stand beside the toilet to even shut the door and the shower, you bumped your arm on handicap bar everytime you moved. The best part of the hotel was definitely the hot tub since it was cold outside. The outside is absolutely beautiful.

Grimey. Dirty. Smudges and grit in corners on furniture. Bed hard. Old. Not charming. Few/No amenities functioning or in operation. Room had lights reflections off of exterior lights reflecting in room. Hard to sleep. Place is ready for extensive renovations. Overpriced.
