The room that we got at first did not have sheets on the bed, did not have towels in the bathroom, and had the trash from the previous occupant. The room had no heat the entire night when I addressed this with the staff they told me they had no other room rooms and offered no other solution.

Budget hotel but actually pretty nice. Rooms were very clean as was the lobby, and the front desk workers both days were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is basic hotel breakfast and did offer some hot options, not just cold breads and cereals. Quiet location but within a couple miles of downtown Morgantown. Parking is ample.

The room they gave us had black hair all over the sheets when we turned the covers down. The room was freezing cold and would not heat up. They gave us another. Clean sheets this time but room remained cold the entire night. It was 25 degrees outside and we would have been just as warm if we pitched a tent and slept outside. I am not exaggerating.

No cable throughout the building. Toilet bowl was making noise all night. Fire alarm went off at 3am. And breakfast was a choice of packets of Quaker oatmeal, 3 different cereals, 5 blueberry bagels, and yogurt. And let’s not forget the receptionist’s daughter walking around barefoot as if she was at home.
