You get the essentials and that’s all.

This is an “essential “ hotel. Low price. No frills. Breakfast was adequate. Linens need to be replaced. Towels were scratchy and small, about 2/3 size of a decent bath towel. Not much larger than the frayed hand towels. TV had some weird start up where it would search for available channels every time you turned it on. Luckily I could listen to the TV in the next room while mine was booting up.

They gave me room 223 first and it was very dirty and then they gave me 219 and the beds were clean but the light didn't work and I had garbage. And the last room was changed for 321 and the bathtub was dirty. A very bad experience.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel, I’ve never stayed at one before. I decided to use them on my entire trip. The price was good and everything was well kept. I had a special needs child with me and he was treated well and had a great time exploring. He made a bit of a mess at breakfast and the kitchen staff took care of it without getting upset. I recommend these hotels over others that have similar styles

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and tried to accommodate where they could. We had two rooms booked and my daughters room was not ready when we arrived around 6pm. The receptionist had to leave the front desk to clean the room due to staff shortages. There was police presence on our floor during the night. Due to this it was very loud and we were unable to sleep. I understand that this is not within the hotel’s control, but our need for sleep after driving from Canada was important to us. The hotel is just average, I hope they can find more staff in the future.

We didn’t even stay. It took forever to be helped at counter. First room we were given hadn’t been cleaned and bed looked recently slept in. Second room they gave us looked like they just threw top cover over bed. Corners of bathroom floor were filthy. The entire hotel smelled like they poured cleaner into the carpet to hide something, it was overwhelming and made our eyes water

While the beds weren't the comfiest and the pillows were pretty flat, the room was clean and sleep-able for one night. Very convenient as there was a mall directly behind the hotel and stores surrounding the hotel within 1-2 miles! Breakfast was free and we had the option of hot or cold breakfast or both!
