The lobby closes overnight, which is fine but we didn’t have access to water. The lobby doors directed us to go to the vending machine but it was empty. Bed was comfy and spacious room. Felt average for what we paid which was affordable for the area and was so close to Main St so things were walkable!

Cameron was EXCELLENT. We had a great experience from the call the night before to check-in with Cameron and the lovely young lady assisting him at the desk. The room was cozy, the property clean and located in a quiet residential area.

On arrival we were greeted by Heather. Big smile, very welcoming and helpful. That kicked off a great mini vacation for us. The views from the hotel were awesome and the location was spot on. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the condition of the furniture in the room. Comfortable bed and the view from the balcony first thing in the morning was fantastic. This is now our go to hotel for Morro Bay. When you find great you don’t go anywhere else.

The hotel is in a great location, staff was great but our room definitely needed work. Our shower ceiling was falling in the corner, there was plaster on the wall and missing trim. Worst part is, the walls are VERY thin, we heard everything going on with our upstairs neighbor.

Mold in the room. The room floor looked like it had not been cleaned. On our way up to our room the stairs carpet was digusting dirty as well as the walls. So very disappointed. We asked for a refund as we had the pictures to prove it. They denied our refund and didnt even offer to accomodate our stay. We were hours away from home and had to pay for another hotel. Do nit waste your money on this place!
