Great Overall Hotel

Wonderful, clean, friendly hotel right on the river. Beautiful location and easy to manuver around. If back in this area we will certainly stay here again.

Having to pay a $6 toll to get into Philly every time you cross the bridge kind of sucks. Staff was not particularly helpful when we were checking in and did not give us all the info we needed about room service, amenities, etc.

Excellent genuinely kind and caring service from Latonya! She was so great & really went above and beyond. The hotel team was very friendly and helpful. The only down side is the bar was not stocked well and they didn’t get restocked the whole week. Everything else was great!!

Me gusto la vista, el area es muy bonita. No encuentro el proposito de pagar por estacionamiento, cuando se puede estacionar en el lado, pero entiendo que la seguridad es mejor en el parking del hotel. Los baños estaban limpios, el aire no olia a polvo. El servicio del hotel estubo bueno.

Could not exit parking lot. You need a room key and the attendant at the desk told me to leave them in a box at the desk. Why wouldn't she tell me I needed it to exit? No bath gel or soap in shower. Sv Screaming kod in lobby/bar area and management allowed it, so everyone that was there to chill on a Friday night had to be subjected to a kid running around.
